Also, I am happily involved with an art community on LiveJournal called "art_100". The focus is on original art which is what I favor at this point. Fan art is nice and I may post a few examples of that, but I usually stress about it not looking as nice as it could and trashing it in lieu of posting it for everyone to see and judge for themselves, meep.
